As the go-to contact for our clients, you’ll drive their success through strategic insights and collaboration with internal teams. 

Your Mission: Day to Day Responsibilities

• Be the primary point of contact for clients, managing relationships and ensuring satisfaction.
• Understand client goals and work with teams like media buying and creative to deliver.
• Provide regular performance updates, reports, and actionable insights.
• Troubleshoot client concerns and offer tailored marketing solutions.
• Stay on top of marketing trends to deliver strategic advice and help clients grow.
• Ensure projects are on track, on time, and meet or exceed client expectations.
• Spot opportunities for account growth and upsell additional services.

Your Toolbox: Skills to be Successful

• Proven experience in account management (agency experience preferred).
• Solid grasp of digital marketing platforms (Meta, Google Ads, etc.).
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to juggle multiple accounts while staying organized.
• Problem-solving mindset and creativity in delivering solutions.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
• Must be available to work in US-based time zones.
