Your Mission: Day to Day Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and maintain data within Amazon and e-commerce systems.
- Perform repetitive tasks to ensure product listings and account details are consistently accurate.
- Support the team with general data entry tasks and process optimization.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to manage and update spreadsheets and records.
- Identify and flag inconsistencies or errors in data to maintain high-quality standards.
Your Toolbox: Skills to be Successful
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (sorting, formulas, and basic data functions).
- Some familiarity with Amazon’s platform (Seller Central or similar) is a plus!
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in repetitive tasks.
- Organizational skills to manage multiple data entry responsibilities efficiently.
- Strong communication skills to ensure seamless collaboration.
- Preferable shift: 4 pm to 8 pm daily (Eastern Time).
