Your Mission: Day to Day Responsibilities

• Handle customer service inquiries for e-commerce orders.
• Manage and optimize listings & storefronts (Shopify, Etsy, Faire, Wayfair, Amazon).
• Support promotional activities and store campaigns.
• Assist with account management across various platforms.
• Create simple marketing materials (banners, social posts) using AI/design tools.
• Help with general operations & virtual assistance as needed.

Your Toolbox: Skills to be Successful

• Experience with Shopify, Etsy, Faire, Wayfair, Amazon.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Basic marketing & design skills (Canva, AI tools, etc.).
• Attention to detail and ability to optimize listings for visibility.
• Willingness to take on varied operations tasks as needed.
