About the Company:
This role is for one of our internal companies, a leading due diligence and risk assessment firm specializing in online businesses and digital assets. They provide in-depth financial, operational, and technical audits to help investors make informed acquisition decisions. Clients rely on them to verify businesses, uncover risks, and identify growth opportunities before investing.
Your Mission: Day to Day Responsibilities
- Own financial analysis for M&A Due Diligence reports with precision and accuracy
- Guide and collaborate with a talented overseas analyst team
- Dig into the numbers—identify anomalies, solve COGS issues, and clarify complex data
- Lead risk assessments and uncover hidden growth opportunities in acquisition targets
- Deliver clear, professional DD presentations that help clients make smart investment decisions
- Balance leadership with hands-on analysis—be both strategist and executor
Your Toolbox: Skills to be Successful
- 3+ years in finance, accounting, auditing, or Due Diligence (CPA preferred)
- Solid leadership and project management experience
- Confident communicator—clear, client-ready presentations are your superpower
- Eagle-eyed attention to detail—accuracy is non-negotiable
- Relationship builder—you know how to earn client trust and deliver real value
- Bonus points for audit background or Big 4 experience
