This role is for a partner agency in the automotive technology industry, specializing in cutting-edge vehicle safety solutions. They focus on innovative dashcam technology that enhances road safety and fleet management, providing drivers and businesses with smarter, more efficient security solutions.

Location: Nationwide (France) | 📄 Contract: Temporary (April – June 30th)

Your Mission: Day to Day Responsibilities

🔹 Installation Coordination

• Develop and execute an installation plan across multiple depot locations.
• Provide in-country troubleshooting support.
• Assist with installations when needed.

🔹 Training & Support

• Support online training sessions for installers.
• Offer guidance during installation windows.

🔹 Depot & Client Management

• Maintain strong communication with depot managers and fleet operators.
• Address concerns and escalate issues as required.

🔹 Operational Oversight

• Track installation progress and compile reports.
• Lead weekly operational calls with the client.
• Coordinate rescheduling of missed installations.

🔹 Reporting & Process Improvement

• Provide installation feedback and recommendations.
• Identify areas to improve efficiency.

Your Toolbox: Skills to be Successful

• Experience in operations, logistics, or field service management preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to manage multiple locations and teams effectively.
• Fluency in French and English (Spanish is a plus).
• Familiarity with online reporting tools.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel between sites (expenses covered).
