Step into a fast-growing brand ecosystem and lead the charge. We're looking for a strategic Brand Manager ready to own a DTC brand, drive growth, and grow into a leadership role.
About the Role:
We’re hiring on behalf of Ryan Moran, founder of Capitalism.com and owner of a portfolio of growing product brands.
There are currently three brands in the portfolio, each with its own brand manager. We’re currently hiring for one of these brands, with the intention that this person can grow into a leadership role, supporting and mentoring the other brand managers as well.
Location: United States - Fully Remote (with annual trips to Austin, TX)
Your Mission: Day to Day Responsibilities
- Report daily sales, email subscribers, and reviews — and make improvement suggestions
- Execute and evolve the internal 8-Step Growth Process
- Run the growth flywheel:
→ Create content
→ Generate email subscribers
→ Convert subscribers into customers
→ Turn customers into product reviews
→ Use reviews to create more content - Oversee product roadmap, validation, and launches
- Manage email promotions and email list growth
- Provide high-level oversight on:
→QA/Regulatory
→ Reorder planning and forecasting (executed by SellerPlex) - Review brand P&L with a focus on profitability and scale
- Build strategic partnerships: influencers, advisors, key partners
- Collaborate with other brand managers and help shape the brand manager playbook
- Serve as the bridge between the CEO’s vision and on-the-ground brand execution
Your Toolbox: Skills to be Successful
- Proven operator with experience scaling product brands (Experience in supplements, food, or beauty is a plus)
- Excellent communicator who can manage interactions with strategic partners, including potential influencers, new vendors, and content creators
- Experience with DTC, CPG, or Amazon-native brands is ideal
- Comfortable owning a P&L, managing email campaigns, and reviewing marketing funnels
- Self-starter with leadership potential
- Entrepreneurial mindset and strong written communication
