Do you have a knack for WordPress, tracking pixels, and solving tech puzzles before they become problems? We’re looking for a part-time Web & Tech Support Specialist to support our growing e-commerce consulting firm — helping our internal team and our client brands keep their digital infrastructure sharp, secure, and running smoothly.
About the Company:
This is an hourly role for one of our internal companies, a leading e-commerce consulting and management firm specializing in helping brands scale their operations. They provide expertise in supply chain management, financial analysis, and marketing strategy to optimize and grow online businesses. With a strong focus on Amazon and direct-to-consumer sales, they help brands streamline operations, improve profitability, and achieve long-term success in the digital marketplace.
Location: Europe or South America - Fully Remote
Your Mission: Day to Day Responsibilities
- Maintain and update WordPress websites (internal + client-facing)
- Set up and troubleshoot tracking systems (GTM, Meta Pixel, etc.)
- Perform routine checks to ensure sites are secure, fast, and functional
- Fix bugs, broken links, and layout issues as they pop up
- Handle ad-hoc tech support requests across web tools and platforms
- Collaborate with marketing and ops teams on light dev tweaks
- Monitor uptime and site performance
- Bonus: Support and implement updates in Go High Level (GHL)
Your Toolbox: Skills to be Successful
- Strong experience with WordPress (themes, plugins, and backend admin)
- Proficiency with GTM, Meta Pixel, and other tracking tools
- Comfortable with light HTML/CSS troubleshooting
- Able to self-manage and prioritize support requests
- Bonus: Familiarity with Go High Level (GHL)
- Strong communicator with a detail-focused mindset
- Based in Europe or South America preferred (for time zone alignment)
