About the Company:
This is a full-time role for one of our internal companies, a growing logistics provider, offering end-to-end supply chain solutions to customers around the world. The company is built on the foundation of our experienced and dedicated team of professionals who are committed to providing excellent customer service, reliable delivery and cost-effective solutions.
The team is highly skilled and knowledgeable in the areas of supply chain management, logistics planning and transportation management. We ensure that our clients’ goods reach their destination safely and on time.
Location: Open to candidates from South America - Fully Remote
Your Mission: Day to Day Responsibilities
- Design and manage competitive air and sea freight pricing strategies across North America.
- Liaise with Shipping Service Lines (SSLs) and freight forwarders to lock in the best rates and routes.
- Handle end-to-end pricing, documentation, and sales workflows with precision and speed.
- Build strong client relationships and convert leads into loyal customers.
- Hunt for new business through proactive sales efforts and targeted outreach.
- Craft winning sales proposals, respond to RFQs, and close deals to hit $50,000+ monthly revenue targets.
- Work cross-functionally with operations teams for seamless shipment execution.
- Travel occasionally for major sales pitches or client meetings.
Your Toolbox: Skills to be Successful
- 5+ years in North American logistics and freight forwarding.
- Previous experience with or for a Shipping Line is a plus.
- Proven leadership experience as a team lead or similar.
- Tech-savvy and quick to adopt new tools.
- Expert in freight pricing, documentation, and sales strategy.
- Track record of hitting sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong communicator and negotiator who excels at building relationships.
- Comfortable in a mostly remote environment and highly self-driven
