About the Company:
This is a full-time role for one of our internal companies, which specializes in helping brands grow on Amazon. It is an AI-first e-commerce company helping brands grow on Amazon. The team integrates automation and AI agents into core operations, letting experts focus on strategy, optimization, and driving real results for clients—fast, smart, and data-driven.
Location: Open to candidates based in the Philippines – Full-time, Remote
Your Mission: Day to Day Responsibilities
- Maintain Account Health: Monitor dashboards daily, resolve violations quickly, and ensure the account stays in “green” status across US, CA, and AU.
- Fix Listing & Catalog Issues: Resolve suppressed, inactive, stranded, or incorrectly linked listings; manage variations; and use flat files or bulk uploads when needed.
- Manage Case Logs: Handle Amazon cases from start to finish—opening, following up, escalating, and ensuring full resolution.
- Support Product Launches: Prepare listings for new launches, ensuring clean setup, proper linking, compliance, and keyword readiness.
- Reporting & Visibility: Provide clear daily updates, track ongoing issues, and maintain simple dashboards and trackers.
Your Toolbox: Skills to be Successful
- 2+ years managing Amazon FBA & Seller Central accounts at a high level.
- Strong understanding of account health, case management, and listing troubleshooting.
- Ability to work with flat files, fix catalog structure, and manage parent–child variations.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions & data analysis).
- Experience leveraging AI tools or automation in account management is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with a high sense of accountability—you own your work.
- Exceptional communication skills—you anticipate problems before they arise.
- Organized, efficient, and results-driven.
