Key Account Support Associate

Your Mission:
- Keep daily communication flowing with assigned customers, ensuring timely, professional updates.Handle shipment inquiries, status updates, documentation requests, and general customer needs.
- Coordinate closely with Operations, Sales, Pricing, and Warehousing to keep expectations aligned.
- Track shipments across ocean, air, express, and Amazon channels—flag issues early and communicate proactively.
- Update internal trackers, customer channels, and CRMs with accurate, real-time info.
- Follow up on commercial invoices, packing lists, BL/AWB, ISF details, and compliance requirements.
- Verify document accuracy before sending to customers or internal teams.
- Coordinate with global agents for required customs and export documents.
- Support bookings, rate checks, and space confirmations under guidance.
- Assist in last-mile coordination for Amazon FBA and B2B deliveries.
- Contribute to customer success by spotting recurring issues, suggesting improvements, and supporting monthly KPI dashboards.
Your Toolbox: Skills to be Successful
- Strong written and verbal communication in English.
- Sharp attention to detail and solid organizational habits.
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under time-sensitive pressure.
- Basic understanding of logistics, freight forwarding, or eCommerce is a plus—but not required.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a willingness to learn from real cases.
- Comfortable with Excel/Sheets, email, and customer coordination tools.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory.
- 0–2 years of experience; motivated fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
