You’re the kind of person who loves closing loops—signing leases, keeping tenants happy, and making sure nothing slips through the cracks. As a Leasing Specialist, you’ll own the leasing journey end-to-end across a diverse, mixed-use portfolio and keep occupancy high while delivering a standout tenant experience.
About the Company:
This is a full-time role with one of our internal companies, a fast-growing storage solutions provider with facilities across the U.S. They focus on delivering safe, reliable, and customer-friendly storage experiences while scaling quickly across multiple locations.
Their Operations team plays a critical role in driving efficiency, safety, and customer satisfaction. By joining, you’ll help ensure facilities stay in top shape—directly impacting both growth and customer experience.
Location: LatAm/South America - Fully Remote, with hours aligned to U.S. Central Time (CT). Occasional after-hours support for emergencies.
Your Mission: Day to Day Responsibilities
Manage a mixed portfolio of office, retail, warehouse, residential, and specialty spaces
Own the full leasing lifecycle—from listings and tours to executed leases and move-ins
Act as the first point of contact for prospects and tenants with prompt, professional communication
Evaluate prospects and prepare leasing recommendations for approval
Prepare and maintain accurate lease documents and tenant records
Run the 120-day lease renewal process to maximize retention and occupancy
Conduct market comps to set competitive lease and renewal rates
Partner with facility and maintenance teams to resolve repairs and uphold property standards
Coordinate rental payments, utility chargebacks, and tenant billing as needed
Manage Certificates of Insurance renewals and compliance
Track KPIs and maintain data dashboards to monitor leasing performance
