Bookkeeper – QuickBooks Online

We’re looking for a full-time Bookkeeper who lives and breathes QuickBooks Online, keeps financial records spotless, and communicates clearly in English.
About the Company:
This is a full-time role for one of our internal companies, a leading provider of Quality of Earnings and due diligence services for online business acquisitions. They work with business buyers—searchers, aggregators, family offices, and first-time acquirers—to help them make confident, informed decisions.
Location: LatAm - Fully Remote
Your Mission: Day to Day Responsibilities
Manage daily bookkeeping using QuickBooks Online (mandatory)
Handle reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close
Maintain accurate financial records and reports
Track expenses, income, AR/AP, and general ledger
Prepare financial data for reviews and decision-making
Communicate clearly and proactively with stakeholders in English
Use QuickBooks Desktop when needed (nice-to-have)
Your Toolbox: Skills to be Successful
Certified Accountant (non-negotiable)
Strong hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online
QuickBooks Desktop experience is a plus
Excellent written and spoken English
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to work full-time and independently
Reliable, deadline-driven, and process-oriented
