Your Mission: Day to Day Responsibilities

• Edit short-form and long-form video content for social, marketing, and branded campaigns

• Transform raw footage into compelling visual stories that feel intentional and on-brand

• Create and integrate graphic elements to elevate videos and digital assets

• Collaborate closely with entrepreneurs or small teams, adapting quickly to feedback

• Use AI-powered tools to speed up production and unlock creative possibilities

• Manage multiple projects independently while maintaining high quality and consistency

Your Toolbox: Skills to be Successful

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with video editing & design tools (Premiere, CapCut, Canva, Figma, or similar)

• Practical experience with AI content tools like Runway, Descript, Midjourney, or Canva AI

• Strong visual storytelling skills and a sharp creative eye

• Experience creating graphic elements for video and digital content

• Self-driven, adaptable, and comfortable in fast-changing environments

• Detail-oriented mindset that balances creativity with precision
