Location: South America - Fully Remote

Your Mission: Day to Day Responsibilities

• Own client success from matching and onboarding through long-term retention

• Coach clients on delegation, workflows, and best practices

• Lead accountability calls to keep clients and EAs aligned on goals

• Create onboarding plans and role expectations that set partnerships up for success

• Act as a strategic advisor by addressing challenges early and constructively

• Support strong communication between clients and EAs

• Identify at-risk accounts and expansion opportunities

Your Toolbox: Skills to be Successful

• 2 plus years in customer success, account management, coaching, or similar roles

• Experience working with entrepreneurs or business owners preferred

• Strong communication, listening, and organizational skills

• AI native mindset with practical use of LLM tools

• High ownership, calm under pressure, and coachable
